The main requirement is that you have been a Born Again Christian for at least 2-3 years. The other requirement is that you belong to and/or work with a church or ministry.

Payment is made through our secure payment gateway, from which your payments are taken from any major credit and debit cards. There are no credit or background checks. 

Most ministry mentoring is either a one-off conference conversation or a vague “reach out anytime” offer that never actually happens. We built AMC to close that gap structurally, not just promise better intentions. You get a dedicated pod mentor who knows your name and your journey, not a rotating cast of strangers. You get combined spiritual and emotional support — SAFE Talk therapy alongside mentoring, because ministry burnout is real and rarely addressed. And if you want your growth to lead somewhere formal, our short courses and Kingdom Métier Training Academy pathway are NCFE-accredited, so your preparation is recognised, not just personal.

Mentoring and discipleship aren’t instant, and we won’t pretend they are. In your first 3 months, expect clarity.  Most members begin to show a clearer sense of what their calling actually looks like in practice, not just in theory. By 6 -9  months, expect structure — you’ll have started building real ministry skills through short courses, consistent mentoring input and SAFE sessions. By 12 months, members who’ve engaged fully typically have either started to seek God on preparing for ministry or stepping into ministry work with confidence.  By this time, some members are partway through an accredited qualification with a dedicated assessor tracking their progress or continue to work on themselves in SAFE therapy sessions. What we won’t promise is a shortcut, because God never does when He is taking someone through His process. Real discipleship takes a sustained relationship built over time, not a single course or a single virtual session.

That’s more common than you’d think, and it’s usually not because mentoring doesn’t work — it’s because it wasn’t structured to last. A lot of mentoring in ministry circles is one conversation, then silence. We built AMC differently: monthly group mentoring, a dedicated pod mentor, and accountability that continues month to month rather than ending after one good talk. We also report to our own overseers monthly (see below) — so the accountability we ask of you, we hold ourselves to as well.

You’ll usually stay with the same pod mentor throughout your membership, so the relationship has time to actually develop. Occasionally a change happens — a team member’s availability shifts, or your needs change — but if that happens, we’ll tell you directly and make sure the handover is smooth, not silent.

Our mentoring team has more than 40 years of combined ministry experience between them. Every mentor is named on our “Who We Are” page, so you know exactly who you’ll be working with before you join and not just a vague claim of experience.

Your membership covers the platform and materials for short courses and premium content, the team’s time running monthly mentoring and pods, and a contribution toward NCFE accreditation costs where applicable. We keep the fee modest because our team serves voluntarily — you’re not funding salaries; you’re funding the tools and structure that make consistent mentoring possible.

Yes, you can cancel anytime — we’re not interested in locking anyone in. If you cancel, you keep access to anything you’ve already completed or downloaded.

If you’re partway through an NCFE-accredited qualification or KMTA pathway, up to 30% of the full payment can be refunded, but this is at the discretion of the KMTA Management. This is in accordance with our REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE OF STUDY PLANS Policy.

The Reflection Course is genuinely free, with no catch — it’s there to help you get clarity on the type of help you are looking for from us, whether or not you ever upgrade. If you do want to go deeper afterwards, Ascend membership is there, but we won’t chase you into it. Our team’s time is limited and currently voluntarily given, so we’d rather you join Ascend because you’re genuinely ready, not because you felt pressured.
