We understand how difficult it is for leaders to do ministry well whilst keeping afloat in their personal lives. We also know that senior leaders have great teams that sometimes need support, guidance, and a SAFE space to offload, recharge and recalibrate, ready to do God’s work.

Many leaders experience personal pain and trauma that may remain unresolved or not fully healed. This can affect their effectiveness in ministering to those under their pastoral or leadership care.

Our workshops are led by the Holy Spirit
‘For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.’ Isaiah 44:3-4.
These workshops are private group sessions, designed to raise awareness of God’s design for spiritual restoration and to facilitate complete healing for His people.
Each session contains material that allows individuals at any level of Biblical understanding to participate fully in the session. For participants looking to explore this subject more thoroughly, we offer our UK nationally recognised accreditation qualification, which will be available in the Autumn of 2025.
Our objectives
Our workshops are structured so that you receive all that God has for you. You will come away from our workshops being able to:
- Demonstrate how God delivers His restorative plan to His people.
- Understand the body, soul and spirit concerning trauma and healing.
- Reveal and administer freedom in Christ for healing and restoration.
6 - 8 sessions
1.5hr - 3hrs per session
Minimum of 6 people
Teaching: 40-60mins
Discussion Time: 30-40mins
Prayer Ministration: 30-40mins

The session content is tailored to the participants’ knowledge and comprehension levels to ensure that everyone can engage in it without feeling intimidated or isolated. We adhere to our policies concerning confidentiality, safeguarding, information governance, and data protection. All facilitators strictly comply with these guidelines throughout the workshop.

We offer personalised 121 sessions with talk therapists at a fee of £35.00 per 1.5 hours. This is done via Zoom.
